Automatic Magnetic Brinell Hardness Tester 300

The 300 Automatic Magnetic Brinell Hardness Tester utilizes the traditional Brinell hardness testing method with procedures and accuracy that comply with ASTM and ISO standards. Fixed in place using magnetic chucks, the tester applies test force with a single key operation, producing a Brinell hardness indentation that can be measured with a 40X reading microscope or directly through the Brinell indentation measurement system. It is suitable for testing steel materials, large castings, forgings, shafts, molds, and other large heat-treated parts, and is also available for on-site hardness testing of installed pipeline engineering.

Updated Structural Design: Compact and efficient design compared to the digital magnetic hardness tester, with a smaller volume and similar weight.

Simple and Labor-saving: Easy operation with magnetic fixation and one-key automation for loading, maintaining, and unloading test force, improving stability and efficiency.

High Accuracy and Reliability: Features high precision force sensors and advanced motor control for accurate and consistent test force.

Obtain Sustainability Test: Equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for continuous multi-shift production and extended on-site inspections.
