Magnetic Rockwell Hardness Tester 100

The Magnetic Rockwell Hardness Tester 100 follows the Rockwell hardness testing method, ensuring that all conditions meet ISO 6508 and ASTM E18 standards. This tester uses a magnetic force to secure the Rockwell test head onto the surface of iron and steel parts, facilitating on-site hardness testing. It is ideal for assessing the hardness of steel plates, pipes, shafts, molds, large forgings, and medium-sized heat-treated parts, as well as weld joints in boilers, pressure vessels, and pipes.

Easy to Read: Features a reading system similar to micrometers, ensuring ease of reading and good repeatability.

Simple Operation: Easily fixed onto the surface of iron and steel parts using magnetic chucks, enabling straightforward testing.

High Accuracy: Provides a more accurate alternative to low accuracy Leeb hardness testers.
