Barcol Hardness Tester

The Barcol Hardness Tester is a portable and user-friendly hardness tester designed for rapid testing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. Its single-hand operation makes it convenient to use, requiring no prior experience. The tester is suitable for various applications including pure aluminum, aluminum alloys, thick aluminum sheets, bars, and assembled aluminum alloy parts such as doors and ladders. Additionally, it can test fiber-reinforced plastics and hard plastics, in compliance with ASTM D2583 and ASTM B648-00 standards. Other models in the Barcol series include the 935 for soft plastics and soft metals, and the 936 for rubber and super-soft materials.

Easy to Use: Operated with a single hand, making it convenient for use anywhere.

Screw Rod: Features a sophisticated screw mechanism for enhanced durability and reliability compared to other Barcol hardness testers.

Hardness Blocks: Uses imported Barcol hardness blocks to ensure accuracy, stability, and uniformity of results.

Conversion: Includes a conversion table to translate Barcol hardness values into Brinell, Rockwell, Webster, and Shaw hardness values.
