Chain Clamp Brinell & Rockwell Hardness Tester

The PHBR series Chain Clamp Brinell & Rockwell Hardness Tester is designed and developed based on the PHR series Rockwell Hardness testers. It follows the test methods of Brinell and Rockwell hardness tests, functioning as both a Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester. This tester is capable of accurately testing the hardness of castings, forgings, steels, nonferrous metals, and various workpieces made from different metal materials subjected to various heat treatments on-site. The test principle and accuracy comply with ISO 6506, ISO 6508, and ASTM E110 standards.

On-site Testing: Accurately tests the hardness of large pipes and shafts on-site.

Special Anvils: Allows testing of workpieces with various dimensions and shapes using different anvils.

High Accuracy: This Rockwell and Brinell hardness tester is typically used for manufacturing inspection and acceptance inspection, providing higher accuracy compared to Leeb hardness testers.
