Chain Clamp Rockwell Hardness Tester

The Chain Clamp Rockwell Hardness Tester is designed for precise Rockwell hardness testing of large and medium-sized steel pipes, gas cylinders, shafts, rollers, and welding lines. This portable tester uses a chain to secure the test head to the workpiece, making it ideal for field use and suitable for manufacturing and acceptance inspections.

International Standard: Offers accuracy and testing principles equivalent to bench hardness testers, complying with ISO 6508 and ASTM E110 standards.

Traceability: Features traceable standard hardness blocks and test forces calibrated with load cells directly linked to national secondary benchmarks.

Wide Testing Range: Suitable for testing pipes and large components of various sizes, particularly in pipe manufacturing.
