Coating Thickness Gauge 400

The Coating Thickness Gauge is an advanced version of the Gauge, offering enhanced performance for measuring the thickness of insulating coatings on non-magnetic metals. It is particularly effective for measuring anodic oxide coatings on aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum composite panels, and other aluminum workpieces. The gauge is also suitable for measuring coating thickness on other non-ferrous metals, as well as on paper and plastic foil. Ideal for quick, non-destructive measurements in production, sales, and engineering contexts, the ED400 conforms to the international standard ISO 2360.

High Accuracy and Resolution: Offers up to 2% accuracy and resolution down to 0.1μm.

Simple Calibration: Requires only two calibration points (0 and 50μm) to maintain accuracy across the entire measuring range.

Better Reliability: Features high integration and stability electronic components for enhanced circuit reliability.

Less Substrate Sensitive: Minimal variation when changing substrate materials; errors are less than 2μm.
