Falling Weight Impact Tester

The GT-FWI-630 Falling Weight Impact Tester is designed to evaluate the resistance of thermoplastic pipes with a circular cross-section to external blows. It uses a specified mass and shape striker dropped from a known height to test the impact resistance of pipes. This device helps estimate the true impact rate of a production batch, ensuring that the pipes meet the required durability standards.

Features

Anti-Rebound Device: Features a catching rate of 100% to ensure accurate impact testing.
High Precision Servo System: Provides high locating precision and fast rising speed for consistent results.
Adjustable Height: Drop height can be adjusted from 50 to 2000 mm and calibrated automatically.
Automatic Safeguards: Includes specimen door, anti-shock, and striker window safeguards. Testing can only be performed when the test chamber and window are closed.
