Notch Making Device for HDPE Pipes

The MM-NCLS-30 High Precision Notch Making Device is designed for conducting the Notched Constant Ligament Stress (NCLS) test on high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and resins. This CE-certified device evaluates the susceptibility of HDPE materials to slow-crack growth under constant ligament stress in an accelerated environment.

Features

Power Loss Management: Automatically maintains test parameters during unexpected power failures.
Accurate Level Control: Achieves level control accuracy of up to 2 mm for immersion solution concentration.
Automatic Loading and Unloading: Each of the 20 test stations operates independently for efficiency.
Reduced Evaporation: Features a partition to minimize vapor loss affecting test solution concentration.
Corrosion Resistance: Constructed with 316L stainless steel or tetrafluoroethylene for durability against test liquids.
Automatic Load Calculation: Integrated system calculates load for each station automatically.
Effective Drainage Design: Sloping drainage to promptly remove water from failed tests, minimizing impact on other stations.
