Double Functional Pin Brinell Hardness Tester 150

The 150 Double Functional Pin Brinell Hardness Tester adheres to the Brinell hardness testing method, utilizing either static screw or dynamic hammer impact to apply the test force. With a test force of 1,580 kgf and a 7.26 mm steel indenter, the tester operates on the principle that F/D² = 30, equating to the conditions of a 3,000 kgf, 10 mm test ball. This device is suitable for testing the hardness of forgings, castings, steels, nonferrous metals, alloys, and various mechanical parts, including those that are annealed, normalized, or tempered.

High Reliability: Ensures consistent force values unaffected by operator variations.

Flexible Application: Allows for both static force loading for smaller parts and hammer impact for larger ones.

Simple Operation: Utilizes a single inexpensive shear pin per test, making it cost-effective.

High Accuracy: Provides accuracy comparable to bench testers and can replace less reliable Leeb hardness testers.
