Pin Impact Brinell Hardness Tester

The Pin Impact Brinell Hardness Tester adheres to the Brinell hardness testing method, using a hammer impact to apply a test force of 1,580 kgf via a shear pin mechanism. The indenter has a diameter of 7.26 mm, equating to the conditions of a 3,000 kgf, 10 mm test ball. This tester is ideal for assessing the hardness of forgings, castings, steel products, and heat-treated parts, including extremely large components that other testers cannot handle.

Force Value Consistency: Ensures consistent test force, unaffected by operator variations.

Easy Operation: Simple impact application, suitable for a wide range of test piece shapes and sizes.

High Reliability: Offers excellent repeatability and accuracy, making it a viable alternative to less accurate Leeb hardness testers.

Simple Operation: Utilizes a single inexpensive shear pin per test.
