Webster Hardness Tester for Brass & Copper

The W-B75 & W-BB75 Series Webster Hardness Tester is designed for quick and efficient testing of copper and brass alloys directly at the production site. It is easy to use—simply clamp the workpiece firmly and read the hardness value directly. This tester is ideal for evaluating mechanical properties of brass and copper tubes, sheets, and strips, and is particularly suited for batch production and sales environments. It complies with the China non-ferrous YS/T471-2004 standard.

High Quality: Precision in parts processing, machine assembly, and quality inspection ensures reliable equipment.

Conversion: Includes a conversion table and “hardness conversion” mobile applications for translating Webster hardness values to Vickers, Brinell, and Rockwell hardness values.

Hardness Blocks: Uses standard Rockwell hardness blocks with traceable verification, ensuring surface roughness and flatness meet regulatory requirements.
