Coating Thickness Gauge 300

The Coating Thickness Gauge is designed for stable performance with high accuracy, good repeatability, and economic practicality. Utilizing the eddy current method in accordance with the international standard ISO 2360, this gauge measures the thickness of insulating coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates. It is ideal for testing anodic coatings or paint layers on aluminum profiles, aluminum composite panels, and other aluminum workpieces. Suitable for quick, non-destructive coating thickness inspections on-site in production, sales, and engineering environments, it is widely used in aluminum extruding, metal surface finishing, doors, windows, and curtain walls.

Calibration Plate: Serves as a measurement benchmark for the gauge.

Long Life of Probe Core: Features a redesigned probe with high-strength magnetic core material, significantly extending the probe’s service life.

High Durability: Known for its robustness, the ED300 maintains reliability even in harsh operating conditions, with a proven service life of nearly 20 years in the aluminum extruding industry.
