Webster Hardness Tester for Aluminum

The W-20 Webster Hardness Tester is designed for measuring the hardness of aluminum alloys, pipes, plates, and other soft metals. It is ideal for evaluating whether aluminum products meet aging standards and for distinguishing between different aluminum types and aging states. The tester is especially suited for batch production sites and sales environments, allowing for quick, non-destructive testing of aluminum profiles, doors, windows, curtains, and walls.

Simple Operation: Easy to use; simply clamp the workpiece and read the hardness value directly.

High Standard: Conforms to China’s non-ferrous YS/T420-2000 and American ASTM B647-84 (2000) standards, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.

Stability: Maintains full-scale value stability and calibration point stability with no “crawl” in the pointer.
